Welcome to a safe place where you are never alone.

No matter what struggles you may face at this very moment…

I’m here to help teens, parents, and adults identify what’s blocking them as they navigate through anxiety and/or depression.

Teens

Life can feel really hard to navigate sometimes. I love to help teens learn the tools to help change their mindset and their approach to challenges they face.

Adults & Families

Many adults, parents, or siblings do not yet know how to support family members or themselves. I can help you work through these challenges with a new, peaceful perspective.

Schools

As a former teacher, I know how important it is to provide students a safe space to learn. I’m on a mission to bring engaging, inspiring, and truly helpful assemblies or small group programs to schools.

"Lori is a leader and selfless giver. She saw a need in our community and stepped up. She took what she learned through her own trauma and used it to help others. "Lori is deeply dedicated to her family, her three teen daughters—and to every community that their lives touch. She is committed to increasing awareness and positivity surrounding teens and mental health in a manner that ‘normalizes’ the conversation and supports individuals in an inclusive and caring way. Her “One Day At A Time“ online support group helped me personally navigate a distressing situation—I learned I wasn’t alone, that tough times happen, and talking about it and getting help is more than okay!” – Eileen C.

“My daughter was suffering from anxiety and depression—I knew by the change in her behavior, mood, lack of energy, and demeanor. I contacted Lori, a leader in my community who came right over to consult with my daughter. Since our meeting with Lori, my daughter has been recommended to doctors, worked very hard, and is now living a very full life with very little anxiety and depression. I am forever grateful to Lori because she took the time and made the effort to educate and inspire my daughter, which was necessary for her to get better.” – Julia J.
